What if the product doesn’t fit – am I eligible for a refund?
We’ve tried our very best to avoid sizing problems in two simple ways:

That said, if after taking all these steps, the product still doesn’t fit you, we do offer refunds for returns during delivery, if it’s due to sizing problems. The refund will be processed once the garment is received at our end. It may take up to 7 working days for refund to reflect in your account.
How does this whole security deposit bit work?
After we receive your payment, you will get a PayTM QR code with your confirmation email which you can use to transfer equivalent to one rental amount as a security deposit to us. We need a little something to safeguard us! The security deposit will need to be transferred before we can dispatch your order. Once we receive the outfit in pristine condition, we will process the refund and you shall receive it within 3-7 working days.
How soon will my money be refunded?
When returned in the same condition as you received the product in, your deposit will be refunded within 3-7 working days. We will send you an e-mail very soon after you send us back the product, confirming that we have received it, its condition and the status of your security deposit refund.
How long does it take for a dress to come back in circulation after its previously rented out?
It takes about 3 days for a previously rented garment to come back in circulation, because that's how long it takes for it to pass our very stringent quality control checks. After that, it is sent for a deep dry cleaning session and then stored in a temperature-controlled room. If you have your eyes set on a specific outfit or accessory, we request you to plan your reservation in advance.
Will it be possible to rent out the outfit on the same day?
Yes, it is possible to achieve this kind of immediate gratification but, it may come at a small cost. You may be charged a premium for same day delivery – connect with our team to understand just how much our same day deliver or overnight delivery services cost.
What if the final day of my rental falls on a Sunday or national holiday?
If Day 4 falls on a Sunday or a national holiday, it will still be considered as Day 4 as we do schedule pickups for Sunday or national holidays. That said, if due to unforeseen circumstances, we are unable to send a delivery executive for pick up on Day 4, you will not be charged any additional amount. You will receive your order on Day 1, flaunt it, love it, wear it, enjoy it on Days 2 and 3 and return it to us on Day 4 before 12pm.
Is there an extension fee for each day or a flat fee?
For those occasions when you fall head over heels in love with your outfit, you can extend its stay with you. Extensions can happen only in multiples of three days. But remember, this is subject to the fact that another TALI fashionista hasn’t booked the product for those days. To check about an extension, call the team at TALI or shoot us a quick e-mail, we can tell you what the specific forward action in your case would be.
What is the policy about another person wearing my rental while it's rented to me?
Some kinds of love aren’t meant to be shared, and this is one of those! And if you do, be prepared to shell out for any damages that may occur when someone else is wearing a product rented on your name. Our Terms & Conditions specify that you are the only person who wears the garment or accessory during the rental period. If someone else uses it, you will be held liable for any damage to it.
If such a case is to occur, we would recommend you instead urge your loved one to rent it out from our website on their own credentials and enjoy the piece and the fabulousness that comes with it!
What is the process when the product is being delivered to me?
Our TALI delivery crew aims to be present at the given delivery address at the mutually agreed up on delivery time slot. We also have the delivery person hang on while you try the outfit on. If it doesn’t fit, you can simply return it with the delivery executive and you will be refunded within 7 working days. If the dress does fit, you will be asked to fill out a checklist and sign it and hand it to our delivery executive. This will help us be assured that the garment reached you in a pristine condition without any damage. If you do find any damage, simply return the garment with our delivery executive. We maintain detailed records of each product’s condition, so as to ensure that what we send you is in pristine condition.
Do I need to worry about getting the clothes dry cleaned?
Nope – that’s the beauty of it – simply wear and share with us. You don't have to worry about getting it dry-cleaned; we handle all aspects of the garment management process.
We have a stringent quality control and quality management process in place. Each garment is sent to the cleaners, a trained team of professionals who understand the delicacy and care required for each garment. Back and almost as good as new, all our merchandise is stored in temperature-controlled environments to maintain the quality of the product.
What if there is an irreparable damage to the product?
Any garment found with an irreparable damage during our stringent quality check process after the garment has been returned to the company will result with the customer paying the full retail price of the garment if its current season, 75% of MRP if its a season old and 50% of MRP if its older than two seasons. As part of our terms and conditions that the customer signs at the time of rental he/she becomes legally liable to pay if damage occurs to the product while under his/her care. We can guarantee that the product has not been damaged in transit as our delivery executives are trained to manage the product with utmost care.
If I send back the product in pristine condition, do I benefit?
Of course! If you return four consecutive orders in good condition and on time without any hassles, we let you get your next outfit without a security fee deposit. We maintain an individual profile for each customer’s rental records. Do good and you shall receive the same in return!
